Refund policy

Refunds after purchase

Refunds after initial purchase WILL ONLY be considered if the following criteria are met:

• No logins -->Requested within 7 days of purchase date/time
• Less than 2 logins --> Requested within 48 hours of purchase date/time

There are no refunds available after the 7 day time period from purchase date/time.

Failing the PANCE or PANRE

We DO NOT offer refunds for failing the PANCE or PANRE - we will however extend a users account for up to 6 months for study to retake the exam.

Changing the start date or pausing the subscription

If you have not used your subscription and would like to change the start date of your subscription, or you have a hardship that requires you to pause your subscription, please email us at sales@helpcampus.com; please include your hardship and dates requested.
